摘要
石油化工企业火灾的危险性主要体现在火势蔓延速度快,火灾与爆炸相互交织,火灾潜在危害多。石油化工企业从事的生产领域具有较高的风险性,且火灾救援难度大,不同类型的化学产品对灭火剂要求不同,现场燃烧爆炸带有持续性,救援环境复杂。因此,对石油化工企业的灭火救援应采取有针对性的方案,注重现场指挥协调,实现多个部门的协同合作,企业自身也应增强消防安全管理能力。
The f ire hazard of petrochemical enterprises has the characteristics of rapidly spreading,intertwining of f ire and explosion,and the many potential f ire hazards.The production area of petrochemical enterprise has high risks,and the f ire rescue is diff icult.Different types of chemical products need different f ire extinguishing agents.The on-site combustion and explosion are continuous,and the rescue environment is complicated.Therefore,targeted plans should be adopted for f ire-f ighting and rescue operations of petrochemical enterprises,it should focus on coordination of on-site command,collaboration among multiple departments.Enterprises should also enhance themselves f ire safety management capabilities.
