摘要
目的回顾性分析应用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评估上肢离断再植康复患者日常生活活动能力(Activity of Daily Living, ADL)的信度与效度。方法选取2018年1月-2020年11月80例上肢离断再植术后康复期患者,首次评定于患者入院3 d内,由两位评定者使用MBI进行独立评定,首次评定3周后由评定者1进行再次评定,采用Pearson、Spearman相关分析检验所得MBI数据的相关性,并采用Cronbach’s alpha信度系数检验其内部一致性,采用KMO和Bartlett球形检验验证其效度。结果 MBI的相关性分析Pearson相关系数为0.871(P <0.01),Spearman相关系数为0.799(P <0.01);Cronbach’s alpha信度系数为0.851;效度研究中患者的KMO>0.5;Bartlett球形检验拒绝相关阵是单位阵(P <0.05)。结论改良Barthel指数(MBI)对评价上肢离断再植术后康复期患者的日常生活活动能力(ADL)具有很好的信度和效度。
Objective To respectively analyzed the reliability and validity of Modified Barthel Index(MBI)in assessing Activities of Daily Living(ADL)in patients with upper limb amputation and replantation were analyzed retrospectively.Methods Eighty patients with replantation of severed upper limb were evaluated independently by MBI in 3 days after admission,and reevaluated by reviewer 1 in 3 weeks after initial evaluation,Pearson、Spearman Correlation Analysis was used to test the correlation of MBI data,Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was used to test the internal consistency,and KMO and Bartlett spherical test were used to verify its validity.Results Pearson Correlation Coefficient of MBI was 0.871(P<0.01),the Spearman correlation Coefficient was 0.799(P<0.01);Cronbach's alpha reliability Coefficient was 0.851;KMO>0.5 in the validity study,the Bartlett spherical test rejected that the correlation matrix was a unit matrix(P<0.05).Conclusion The Modified Barthel Index(MBI)has a good reliability and validity for the evaluation of ADL in patients after upper limb amputation and replantation.
