摘要
推动设施农业健康发展是实现生态文明建设和乡村振兴的重要路径之一。近几年湖北省设施农业项目发展迅猛,用地需求激增,但在实际发展和管理中仍然存在规划布局难、认定标准难、监管处罚难等问题。应在后续设施农业用地发展中加强顶层设计,给予用地政策支持,通过出台详细的指导意见,运用信息化手段加强监管,进一步引导和规范设施农业项目健康有序发展。
Promoting the healthy development of controlled environmental agriculture is one of the important ways to achieve ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization.In recent years,the demand for land of the development of controlled environmental agriculture projects in Hubei Province has increased sharply.However,in actual development and management,there are still problems such as difficulties in planning and layout,identifying standards,and supervision and punishment.It is necessary to strengthen the top-level design to provide land policy support in the follow-up development of controlled environmental agriculture,and to further guide and standardize the healthy and orderly development of controlled environmental agriculture projects through the introduction of detailed guidance and the use of information technology so as to strengthen its supervision.
