摘要
习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出“要加强社会心理服务体系建设”,涉及到心理调解的非专业人士(如民事调解等人员)应在考虑维护社会群体或个体心理健康的思维下开展工作。影响当事人心理的必要因素有很多,其中社会环境和地域是尤为重要的两点因素。本文将结合这两点因素,在社会心理服务体系构建视角下,构建符合辽宁省地区特点的民事调解制度。
In his report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to"strengthen the construction of social psychological service system".Non-professionals involved in psychological mediation(such as civil mediation personnel)should carry out their work under the thinking of safeguarding the mental health of social groups or individuals.There are many necessary factors affecting the psychology of the parties,among which the social environment factor and the regional factor are the two most important factors.This paper will combine these two factors to construct a civil mediation system in line with the characteristics of Liaoning Province from the perspective of social psychological service system construction.
