摘要
《脾胃论》中“肺之脾胃虚论”的思想对于指导肺癌的治疗有其独到的理论及临床价值。肺癌病机为正气亏虚,气机失调,脾胃失和,肺之宣发肃降失司。健运脾胃、固护中焦使肺气得充,培土生金、调畅气机、健运脾胃以调肺气,在肺癌的临床治疗中有明显的疗效。
The idea of“the deficiency in the spleen and stomach leading to lung diseases”proposed in Piwei Lun(Treatise on Spleen and Stomach)has its unique theoretical and clinical value in guiding the treatment of lung cancer.The pathogenesis of lung cancer consists of the deficiency of vital qi,abnormal qi movement,disharmony between the spleen and stomach,and the failure in lung’s governing the diffusion,purification and descending of qi.Therefore,its treatment method can involve enhancing the functions of the spleen and stomach,strengthening the middle jiao for replenishing the lung qi,invigorating the spleen for benefiting the lung,regulating and promoting the qi movement,which can achieve a significant curative effect in the clinical treatment.
