摘要
肿瘤患者食欲减退,病变脏腑主要在脾胃,与肝肾有关,受情志影响。基于李时珍在《本草纲目》中关于“土爱暖而喜芳香”这一论述,治疗上应以健脾运脾为基础,佐以醒脾补脾、疏肝补肾等,芳香中药贯穿治疗全程。以期为临床治疗提供思路。
Tumor patients mostly lose appetite as the disease site of tumors is mainly located in the spleen and stomach in terms of viscera,and tumors are related to the liver and kidney and affected by emotions.Based on Li Shizhen’s argumentation of“the spleen loves warmth and favors fragrance”in Compendium of Materia Medica,it is suggested that the treatment of tumors should be based on invigorating the spleen and promoting its transportation function,supplemented by enlivening and tonifying the spleen,dispersing the stagnated liver qi and invigorating the kidney.Therefore,Chinese drugs of fragrant flavour are used throughout the whole treatment process.
