言语可懂度分级问卷中文版的研发及其信度效度研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的对言语可懂度分级问卷(speech intelligibility of rating,SIR)进行中文版研发,并验证其信度和效度。方法采用回译法初步确定SIR中文版问卷,利用初定问卷对191例0~6岁健听儿童进行预实验,根据预实验结果,完善确定正式问卷;采用正式问卷进行信度验证选取103例0~6岁健听儿童,请熟悉这103例儿童的两位家长分别填写SIR中文版问卷(检验评分者信度);间隔2周后,请103例儿童的其中一位家长再次填写该问卷(检验重测信度)。采用正式问卷进行效标效度验证对60例0~2岁健听儿童进行SIR中文版问卷评估和小龄儿童听觉发展(LittlEARS)评估;对60例3~6岁健听儿童进行SIR中文版问卷评估和格雷费斯儿童发育量表(Griffiths)评估中的听力语言分测验。结果预实验结果显示,儿童月龄与SIR中文版问卷得分呈极显著正相关(r=0.836,P<0.01);103例儿童的家长第一次SIR评估平均得分为3.12±1.72分,间隔2周后第二次SIR评估平均得分为3.16±1.70分,两者的Spearman相关系数r=0.983,极显著相关(P<0.01);103例儿童的两位家长SIR评估平均得分分别为3.12±1.72分和3.09±1.71分,两者的Spearman相关系数r=0.997,极显著相关(P<0.01)。60例0~2岁儿童的SIR评估和LittlEARS评估平均得分分别为1.85±1.13分和23.25±9.30分,两者的Spearman相关系数r=0.698,为极显著相关(P<0.01);60例3~6岁儿童的SIR和Griffiths平均得分分别为4.80±0.40分和56.67±11.18分,两者的Spearman相关系数r=0.428,为极显著相关(P<0.01)。结论SIR中文版具有较好的重测信度、评分者信度和效标效度,可以用于汉语普通话儿童的听觉能力评估。 Objective To development the Chinese version of speech intelligibility of rating(SIR)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods We got a preliminary SIR through back translation and used it to evaluate 191 hearing normal children aged 0~6 years.An official SIR was determined on the basis of the data analysis.The formal questionnaire was used for reliability test 103 children aged 0~6 years were selected,and two parents who were familiar with these 103 children were asked to fill in the SIR questionnaire(inter-user reliability test);after a 2-week interval,one parent of the 103 children was asked to fill in the questionnaire again(test-retest reliability test).The formal questionnaire was used for criterion validity test 60 hearing children aged 0~2 years were evaluated with the SIR and the LittlEARS assessment,and 60 hearing children aged 3~6 years were evaluated with the SIR and Griffiths auditory language subscale.Results The pre-experimental data showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the age of children and the SIR score(r=0.836,P<0.01).103 children's parents scored an average of 3.12±1.72 on the first SIR and 3.16±1.70 on the second SIR two weeks later,the Spearman's correlation coefficient of r=0.983 was highly significant(P<0.01).The mean SIR scores of thetwo parents for 103 children were 3.12±1.72 and 3.09±1.71,respectively,and the Spearman's correlation coefficient r=0.997,which reached a highly significant correlation(P<0.01).The mean SIR and LittlEARS scores for 60 children aged 0~2 years were 1.85±1.13 and 23.25±9.30,respectively,and the Spearman's correlation coefficient of r=0.698 reached a highly significant correlation(P<0.01);the mean scores on the SIR and Griffiths subscale for 60 children aged 3~6 years were 4.80±0.40 and 56.67±11.18,respectively,and the Spearman's correlation coefficient of r=0.428 reached a highly significant correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion The Chinese version of SIR has good test-retest reliability,inter-user reliability and criterion v
