摘要
目的:观察健脾益肾解毒法对慢性肾脏病4期(CKD4期)患者钙磷代谢和T淋巴细胞水平的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的CKD4期患者60例,按照随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用健脾益肾解毒法进行治疗,均治疗12周。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后肾功能、钙磷代谢和T淋巴细胞指标的变化情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率为83.33%(25/30),对照组临床总有效率为63.33%(19/30),两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均可降低Scr、BUN、UA、P^(+)、iPTH和CD_(8)^(+),且均可提高Ca_(2)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组在降低Scr、BUN、UA、P^(+)、iPTH和CD_(8)^(+)及提高Ca_(2)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)方面更具优势(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾解毒法能改善CKD4期患者肾功能、钙磷代谢和T淋巴细胞水平,临床疗效确切。
Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpi Yishen Jiedu therapy on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and T lymphocytes in patients with chronic kidney disease of stage 4(CKD4).Methods:60 CKD4 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was intervened with conventional treatments for CKD;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Jianpi Yishen Jiedu therapy.After 12 weeks of interventions,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Renal function,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and T lymphocytes were measured before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 83.33%(25/30)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 63.33%(19/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Scr,BUN,UA,P+,iPTH and CD_(8)+were significantly decreased,and Ca^(2+),CD_(4)+and CD_(4)+/CD_(8)+were significantly increased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen Jiedu therapy can improve renal function,calcium and phosphorus metabolism and T lymphocytes in CKD4 patients,with its definite clinical effect.
