废玻璃粉对高延性水泥基复合材料性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用粒径为75~300μm的废玻璃粉取代部分河砂制备了高延性水泥基复合材料(HDCC),研究了废玻璃粉取代率(10%、20%、30%)对HDCC抗压、抗拉和抗弯性能以及流动性的影响。结果表明:废玻璃粉的掺入提高了HDCC的流动度;HDCC的抗压强度随废玻璃粉取代率的增加而增大;当废玻璃粉取代率为10%时,HDCC的拉伸性能略有改善,取代率继续增大时,抗拉性能劣化;随废玻璃粉取代率的增加,HDCC的弯曲韧性降低,裂缝数量减少,裂缝宽度增大。此外,拉伸过程中废玻璃粉对PVA纤维有刮伤,削弱了PVA纤维的拉伸性能,导致HDCC的抗拉强度和抗弯强度降低。 High ductility cementitious composites(HDCC)were prepared by replacing part of river sand with waste glass powder with a particle size of 75~300μm,and the effects of waste glass powder replacement rates(10%、20%、30%)on the compressive,tensile and flexural properties and fluidity of HDCC were studied.The results show that the fluidity of HDCC is improved by adding waste glass powder.The compressive strength of HDCC increases with the increase of waste glass powder replacement rate.When waste glass powder replacement rate is 10%,the tensile properties of HDCC are slightly improved,and the tensile properties are deteriorated when the replacement rate continues to increase.With the increase of waste glass powder replacement rate,the bending toughness of HDCC decreases,the number of cracks decreases and the width of cracks increases.In addition,the waste glass powder scratches PVA fiber during the tensile process,which weakens the tensile properties of PVA fiber,thus resulting in the decrease of tensile strength and bending strength of HDCC.
