摘要
利用OM(光学显微镜)、SEM(扫描电镜)、拉伸测试等方法,研究了Al-Ti-B中间合金对ZnAl_(4)合金显微组织及力学性能的影响,研究表明:ZnAl 4合金中加入Al-Ti-B能够细化合金显微组织,抑制粗大的β-Zn枝晶析出,扩大共晶组织区域面积,同时析出α-Al相,随着Al-Ti-B合金添加量的增加,实验合金力学性能得到改善,本实验研究中,添加0.48%的Al-Ti-B对改善实验合金力学性能最为有效。
This paper uses OM(optical microscope),SEM(scanning electron microscope),tensile testing and other methods to study the effect of Al-Ti-B master alloy on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZnAl_(4) alloy. The research results show that the addition of Al-Ti-B alloy into ZnAl4 alloy can refine the alloy microstructure,inhibit the precipitation of coarse β-Zn dendrites,expand the area of the eutectic structure,and precipitate theα-Al phase. With the increase of the adding amount of Al-Ti-B alloy,the mechanical properties of the experimental alloy are improved. In this experiment,the addition of 0. 48% Al-Ti-B alloy can most effectively improve the mechanical properties of the experimental alloy.
