摘要
AHMT溶液储存于棕色瓶中可稳定保存半年,应用AHMT分光光度法测定水性墙面涂料中的甲醛含量,可有效节约试剂使用成本,甲醛质量在0.1~5μg范围内,线性范围y=0.125x+0.0453,相关系数R 2=0.9993;加标回收率为98.3%~102.7%,RSD为1.4%~6.2%,检出限<5 mg/kg,为检测水性墙面涂料中低含量的甲醛含量提供检测依据,该方法操作简单,具有较高的精密度和准确度。
AHMT solution can be stored stably in brown bottle for half a year.Using AHMT spectrophotometry to determine the content of formaldehyde in water-based wall coating can effectively save the use of reagent.When the formaldehyde concentration is in the range of 0.1μg to 5μg,the linear regression equation is y=0.125 x+0.0453,the correlation coefficient R 2 is 0.9993,the spiked recovery is in the range of 98.3%to 102.7%,the RSD is between 1.4%and 6.2%,and the detection limit is less than 5 mg/kg.This method is easy to operate and has high precision and accuracy,and can be used in the detection of low content of formaldehyde in water-based wall coating.
