摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施让农村生活环境整治的速度稳步推进。在农村环境整治的进程中,生活垃圾分类管理是一个重要的环节,它不仅关系着乡村振兴中生态宜居的实现,也关系着城乡统筹高质量发展推进。因此,针对农村地区的调研,从乡村振兴的角度来解读农村生活垃圾分类管理的内在要求及存在的问题。在此基础上从以下5个层面探讨一条综合管理的途径:1)增强政府垃圾管理责任意识;2)拓宽垃圾分类资金投入渠道;3)加大农村环卫基础设施建设;4)提高村民参与垃圾分类意识;5)完善农村垃圾分类管理制度。
The implementation of rural revitalization strategy has steadily promoted the improvement of rural living environment. In the process of rural environmental improvement,the classification management of domestic waste is an important aspect. It is not only related to the realization of ecological livability in rural revitalization,but also related to the promotion of high-quality development of urban and rural areas. Based on the investigation of rural areas,the inherent requirements and existing problems of classification management of rural domestic waste from the perspective of rural revitalization was interpreted in this paper. On the basis of the above,a comprehensive management approach from the following five aspects was explored: first,to enhance the government’s sense of responsibility for waste management;second,to broaden the investment channels of garbage classification funds;third,to increase the construction of rural sanitation infrastructure;fourth,to improve the awareness of villagers to participate in domestic waste classification;fifth,to improve the management of rural domestic waste classification management system.
