摘要
基于某车型发动机罩与格栅亮条配合存在间隙/段差不良问题进行分析研究,利用尺寸工程手段,提出了缩短和优化尺寸链方案,在前端模块设计结构上增加了前端模块L型支架,较少公差累计造成的波动;通过装配定位方案优化和车身结构安装点焊接层级的改善,以及优化前端模块工装定位方案,提高了焊装和总装装配一致性。该方案提供了发盖与亮条存在配合关系结构的一种系统解决方案,提升了发盖与亮条配合间隙/段差的保证能力,并提高了前围配合外观精致性。
Based on the analysis and research of the gap/segment difference in the matching between the hood and the grating bright strip of a certain vehicle,a scheme of shortening and optimizing the dimension chain was proposed by means of dimensional engineering.The front-end module design structure was added with the L-shape bracket of the front-end module to reduce the fluctuation caused by accumulated tolerances.By optimizing the assembly positioning scheme,improving the welding level at the installation point of the body structure,and optimizing the front-end module tooling positioning scheme,the consistency of welding and assembly and assembly was improved.The scheme provides a system solution for the structure of the matching relationship between the hood and the bright strip,which improves the guarantee ability of the gap/segment difference between the hood and the bright strip,and improves the fineness of the front fitting appearance.
