摘要
为了更好地发挥科学效应知识在产品设计中的作用,辅助设计人员进行创新设计,基于功能行为结构的概念设计理论,阐述了效应与该概念设计理论的关系。在此基础上说明了功能-效应-行为的概念设计过程,并据此设计过程提出了功能-特征-效应的映射模型。在该模型中,通过提取效应和功能的通用特征得以建立功能与效应的关系。依据该模型构建了科学效应库原型系统,该系统作为计算机辅助创新服务平台系统的一个功能模块为产品创新设计提供有力支持。
In order to take full advantage of scientific effect knowledge in product design,and to assist designers to carry out innovative design,based on the conceptual design theory of functional behavior structure,the relationship between effect and the conceptual design theory was elaborated.Then the conceptual design process of function-effect-behavior was explained,and the mapping model of function-feature-effect was proposed according to the design process.In this model,the relationship between function and effect was established by extracting the general features of effect and function.Based on this model,a prototype system of the scientific effect database was constructed.As a function module of the computer-aided innovation service platform,the system has provided strong support for product innovation design.
