摘要
目的初探交泰固精汤治疗早泄心肾不交证的临床疗效。方法本研究采用自身前后对照临床试验方法。纳入的35例早泄患者均服用交泰固精汤免煎配方颗粒(2次/日,200ml/次)。采集患者治疗前、治疗4周及8周后的相关观察指标,包括阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、中医证候积分和临床总体印象变化(CGIC)。结果与治疗前相比,治疗4周后IELT、中医证候积分及CGIC均显著改善(P均<0.01);治疗8周后IELT、中医证候积分及CGIC亦均显著改善(P均<0.01),且明显优于治疗4周(P均<0.01)。治疗4周和8周后的IELT改善总有效率分别为45.71%(16/35)和88.57%(31/35),两者间差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。35例患者在本临床试验中均未出现明显不良反应。结论初步证实口服交泰固精汤对早泄心肾不交证的疗效较佳,但仍需进一步研究。
Objective T o explore the clinical efficacy of JiaotaiGujing decoction on premature ejaculation(PE)with syndrome of Xin-Shen incoordination preliminarily.Methods This study was a self-controlled clinical trial.All the patients with PE were treated with Jiaotai Gujing decoction(prescription granules,twice a day,once 200 ml).Their relevant indexes including intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT),TCM syndrome score,and clinical general impression of change(CGIC),were recorded before the treatment and after 4-week,8-week treatment.Results After 4-week treatment,IELT,TCM syndrome score,and CGIC were all significantly improved(P all<0.01),and after 8-week treatment,these indexes were also obviously improved(P all<0.01).Amelioration of IELT,TCM syndrome score,and CGIC was much better after 8-week treatment compared with those after 4-week treatment,(P all<0.01).The total effective rate of IELT improvement after 4-week and 8-week treatment were 45.71%(16/35)and 88.57%(31/35)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P value<0.01).In this clinical trial,no obvious adverse effects were found in all patients.Conclusion JiaotaiGujing decoction was effective in the treatment of PE with syndrome of Xin-Shen incoordination,but a further study was still needed.
