摘要
金属-有机骨架(Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)材料不仅拥有较大的比表面积、极高的孔隙率,而且种类组成多样、结构丰富、功能灵活可调。静电纺丝被认为是一种可制备出纳米纤维的可靠技术。概述了近年来MOFs/静电纺丝纳米纤维基复合膜(MOFs/NFM)制备方法的最新研究进展,主要包括混纺法、原位晶化法、层层自组装法、二次生长法、微波诱导法以及热压法。此外,总结了MOFs/静电纺丝纳米纤维基复合膜制备方法存在的主要问题,并对发展前景进行了展望。
Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) material not only has large specific surface area and high porosity, but also has a variety of species composition, rich structure and flexible functions. Electrospinning is considered to be a reliable technique for the preparation of nanofibers. In this paper, the latest research development of preparation methods of MOFs/electrospun nanofiber based composite membranes(MOFs/NFM)was reviewed. The preparation methods mainly include blend spinning, in-situ crystal growth, layer by layer deposition, secondary growth method, microwave irradiation and hot-pressing. This paper also summarized the main existing problems of preparation methods of MOFs/electrospun nanofiber composite membrane and offered a development prospect.
