摘要
目的分析快速康复外科护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中的临床疗效。方法纳入2017年1月至2019年12月在本院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗的45例胆囊患者作试验对象,随机抽取其中24例作观察组,并给予快速康复外科护理,另21例作对照组,并给予常规护理。结果观察组患者术后排便、住院、卧床、肛门排气四个时间指标均明显更优(P<0.05);观察组患者GQOL-74四项评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论对于行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗的胆囊患者来说,快速康复外科护理的效果十分明显,可大大加快患者康复速度,提高生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A total of 45 gallbladder patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were included as test subjects.24 of them were randomLy selected as the observation group and given rapid rehabilitation surgical care.The other 21 cases were treated as the observation group.The control group was given routine care.Results:The four time indicators of postoperative defecation,hospitalization,bed rest,and anal exhaustion were significantly better in the observation group(P<0.05);the four GQOL-74 scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:For gallbladder patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care is very obvious,which can greatly speed up the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life.
