摘要
目的探讨盐酸异丙嗪联合马来酸桂哌齐特对急诊眩晕症患者血流动力学水平的影响。方法选择佛山市第五人民医院2020年1月至12月收治的120例急诊眩晕症患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。给予对照组患者马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合盐酸异丙嗪治疗,两组患者均持续治疗5 d»比较两组患者临床疗效、住院时间与症状缓解时间,治疗前后血流动力学水平变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%;观察组患者恶心呕吐、耳鸣耳聋、行走不稳、眩晕出汗缓解时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组;治疗后,两组患者基底动脉流速度、左椎动脉流速度、右椎动脉流速度均显著高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸异丙嗪联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急诊眩晕症能够明显改善患者基底动脉血液循环,缓解临床症状,且不增加不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effects of Promethazine hydrochloride combined with Cinepazide maleate on hemodynamics in emergency patients with vertigo.Methods A total of 120 emergency patients with vertigo admitted to The 5th People's Hospital of Foshan City from January to December 2020 were selected for the study,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 60 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with Cinepazide maleate,and patients in the observation group were treated with Promethazine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group,both groups of patients were treated continuously for 5 days.The clinical efficacy hospitalization time and symptom relief time,hemodynamic levels before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%>which was significantly higher than the 75.00% of the control group;the relief time of nausea and vomiting,tinnitus and deafness,walking instability;dizziness sweating and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group;after treatment,the flow rates of the basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than before treatment^and those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);there were no statistically difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Promethaziine hydrochloride combined with Cinepazide maleate in the treatment of emergency patients with vertigo can significantly improve the blood circulation of the patient's basilar artery;relieve clinical symptoms;and does not increase adverse reactions,and has high safety.
