摘要
利用季也蒙毕赤酵母菌合成碲纳米棒(TeNRs),用于活化过一硫酸氢钾复合盐(PMS)降解丽春红S(Ponceau S),并通过紫外−可见分光光度计(UV−Vis)、透射电子显微镜−能谱(TEM−EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行表征.研究其活化PMS降解Ponceau S的效果.结果表明,在TeNRs+PMS+Ponceau S体系中Ponceau S可以有效地降解.在整个研究中,提出了一种绿色合成TeNRs的方法,并对其催化PMS氧化降解染料的机制进行分析,为环境生物修复和染料废水的去除提供了新的思路.
In this paper,tellurium nanorods(TeNRs)were synthesized by Meyerozyma guilliermondii to activate potassium peroxymonosulfate triple salt(PMS)to degrade Ponceau S,and characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer(UV−Vis),transmission Electron Microscope-Energy Spectrometer(TEM−EDS),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR).The degradation effect of Ponceau S was studied.The results confirm that Ponceau S can be effectively degraded in the system of TeNRs+PMS+Ponceau S.A green synthesis of TeNRs and the mechanism of degradation of Ponceau S via TeNRs activated PMS have been proposed,which will provide new insights for environmental bioremediation and disposal of dye waste water.
