摘要
该文运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地调查法,以2020广州马拉松赛为个案,从招募管理、培训管理、配置管理、激励管理、监督与评估管理、遣散管理6个角度分析该马拉松赛事志愿者的组织管理现状,并剖析目前存在的问题。提出优化志愿者构成比例,建立多渠道志愿者招募机制;打造“理论+实践”“线上+线下”的特色志愿者培训体系;运用传统和创新元素丰富志愿者激励方式;深化志愿者监督和评估工作,制定双向互动监督机制的建议。
Using the methods of literature review,interview and field investigation,this paper takes the 2020 Guangzhou Marathon as an example to analyze the organization and management status of volunteers in the marathon from six aspects:recruitment management,training management,configuration management,incentive management,supervision and evaluation management,and dismissal management,and to analyze the existing problems.It is proposed to optimize the proportion of volunteers and establish a multi-channel volunteer recruitment mechanism;build the characteristic volunteer training system of"theory+practice"and"Online+offline";using traditional and innovative elements to enrich volunteer incentive mode;deepen the supervision and evaluation of volunteers,and formulate suggestions on two-way interactive supervision mechanism.
