摘要
以巴哈车架为研究对象,通过CATIA软件对整车车架线图初步建模,利用Workbench实现对车架强度(包括静态载荷、弯曲工况、制动工况、转弯工况)、车架刚度(包括扭转刚度、弯曲刚度)、自由模态的有限元仿真分析。基于软件仿真结果得出的各个工况下的应变、位移、支反力云图,计算车架扭转、弯曲刚度来评判车架的合理性,实现巴哈车架的建模和仿真。
Taking Baja frame as the research target,the frame line diagram of the whole chassis is modeled by CATIA software,and Workbench is used to realize the finite element analysis of frame strength(including static load,bending condition,braking condition,cornering condition),frame stiffness(including torsional stiffness,bending stiffness),and free modal.Based on the software simulation,the strain,displacement and reverse force cloud map of each operating condition is calculated to judge the rationality of the frame by the twisting and bending stiffness of the frame,and the modeling and simulation of the Baja frame are realized.
