摘要
目的探讨创伤协调护士联合创伤套餐医嘱在严重创伤患者急诊抢救中的应用。方法回顾性分析2018-01至2019-12在本院接受抢救治疗的严重创伤患者222例。按照救治模式不同分为对照组(n=110)和观察组(n=112),对照组采取常规的会诊模式。观察组在采取创伤协调护士联合创伤套餐医嘱救治模式。记录和比较两组患者插气管时间、首次输血时间、首次CT检查时间和送检血型时间。结果观察组患者和对照组比较而言,抢救的主要时间明显降低(P<0.05)。结论创伤协调护士联合创伤套餐医嘱在急诊抢救严重创伤患者时,能够使得救治患者的时间得到有效减短,提高救治成功率,具有明显的临床价值。
Objective To explore the application of trauma package medical orders in the emergency rescue of severe trauma patients treated by trauma nurse coordinators.Methods Convenient sampling was adopted to retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 222 severe trauma patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to their rescue mode applied:the control group(n=110)and the observation group(n=112).The control group was treated with regular consultations,while the observation group adopted the trauma package medical orders on a routine basis applied by trauma nurse coordinators.The time of blood type examination,the time of the first CT examination,the time of the first emergency blood transfusion,the time of tracheal intubation and the preparation time before operations were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that in the control group,the critical time for rescue of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion When severe trauma patients are applied with trauma package medical orders from trauma nurse coordinators in emergency rescue,rescue time could be shortened and the success rate of treatment could be improved,which is of evident clinical value.
