摘要 研究保健食品多种维生素矿物质片的成型工艺。采用矿物质制粒、维生素后加总混压片法,在单因素的基础上,根据Box-Behnken的原理设计,以制粒时麦芽糊精:微晶纤维素的比例、聚维酮K30水溶液的浓度、硬脂酸镁添加量为响应因素,片剂多指标综合评分为响应值,进行多种维生素矿物质片制备工艺优化的响应面实验。实验结果表明最佳成型工艺为:制粒时微晶纤维素:麦芽糊精为2.08︰1、聚维酮K30浓度为31.42%、硬脂酸镁添加量0.47%,在最佳条件下片剂的综合评价分数与预测值吻合较好,制粒过程颗粒适中过筛容易,所得片剂外观性状良好,硬度、脆碎度、崩解时限等指标均符合要求,工艺稳定可靠,适合大规模产业化生产。 Research on the process optimization of health food of multi-vitamin and mineral tablets. Adopt mineral granulation, vitamins and then add total mixed tablet method. On the basis of single factor, design according to Box-Behnken principle, taking the ratio of maltodextrin:microcrystalline cellulose during granulation, the concentration of povidone K30 aqueous solution, and the addition amount of magnesium stearate as response factors, the tablet has multiple indicators. The comprehensive score is the response value, and the response surface experiment was performed to optimize the preparation process of multi-vitamin mineral tablets.The experimental results show that the best molding process is: microcrystalline cellulose: maltodextrin at the time of granulation is 2.08 ︰ 1,povidone K30 concentration is 31.42 %, and magnesium stearate is added at 0.47 %. Under the best conditions, the comprehensive evaluation score of the tablet is in good agreement with the predicted value, the granulation process is moderate, the sieving is easy, the appearance of the obtained tablet is good, and the hardness,friability, disintegration time limit and other indicators meet the requirements. The process is stable and reliable, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
