河北省青龙地区北苍术叶型变异模式初探 被引量:3

摘要 为解析北苍术叶型变异类型和变异模式,以北苍术道地产区之一的河北省青龙满族自治县的北苍术为研究对象,通过叶形指数和各裂叶参数等主要叶型变异性状的调查以及相关性分析和通径分析,解析北苍术叶型变异模式。结果表明:叶完整型与裂叶型北苍术在叶宽上存在显著差异,在叶形指数上存在极显著差异;相关性分析显示,叶宽与所有次裂参数均呈极显著正相关;通径分析显示,以叶宽增加为主的叶形指数变异对次裂程度的直接作用最大;趋势分析显示,随着叶宽增加和叶形指数降低,次裂程度逐渐提高。综上分析,初步提出北苍术的叶型变异模式为叶完整型、浅裂型至深裂型;结合相关研究,推测北苍术叶型变异可能受逆境诱导,深裂型可能是北苍术潜在优势抗逆种质资源。 To analyze the leaf type variation of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Qinglong County,Hebei Province,which is one of the genuine producing areas,the leaf type variation patterns were analyzed by investigating the leaf shape index and lace leaf parameters,and correlation analysis and path analysis.The results showed that there was significant difference in leaf width,and there was very significant difference in leaf shape index between the whole leaf type and the lobed leaf type.Correlation analysis showed that leaf width had a significant positive correlation with all secondary lace parameters.Path analysis showed that the variation of leaf shape index with the increase of leaf width had the greatest direct effect on the degree of secondary lace.Trend analysis showed that with the increase of leaf width and the decrease of leaf shape index,the degree of secondary lace increased gradually.In conclusion,the variation pattern of leaf type of A.chinensis was suggested as complete leaf type,shallow split leaf type to deep split leaf type.Combined with related studies,it was speculated that the leaf type variation of A.chinensis may be induced by stress,and the deep split type may be the potential superior stress resistant germplasm resources .
