阿托伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦与依那普利治疗高血压肾病临床观察 被引量:5

Clinical Observation of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Valsartan and Enalapril in the Treatment of Hypertensive Nephropathy

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦与依那普利治疗高血压肾病的临床疗效,以及对患者肾功能、炎性因子、脂代谢、动脉压的影响。方法选取南充市中心医院2017年9月至2019年12月收治的高血压肾病患者108例,按入院编号、采用奇偶法分为对照组和研究组,各54例。两组患者均予缬沙坦胶囊与马来酸依那普利片口服,研究组患者加服阿托伐他汀钙片,两组均连续治疗6个月。结果治疗后,两组患者的血清肌酐、血尿素氮、24h尿蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、白细胞介素6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、平均动脉压、舒张压、收缩压均显著降低,且除动脉血压外的上述其他指标研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(11.11%比9.26%,P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦与依那普利治疗高血压肾病,可有效调节血脂,降低炎性因子及动脉血压水平,改善肾功能。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium combined with valsartan and enalapril in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy and its effect on inflammatory factors,lipid metabolism and arterial pressure.Methods A total of 108 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to the Nanchong Central Hospital from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the admission number by the odd-even method,54 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups took Valsartan Capsules and Enalapril Maleate Tablets orally,on this basis,the patients in the study group took Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets orally.Both groups were continuously treated for six months.Results After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),24 h urinary protein,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),mean arterial pressure(MAP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes except arterial blood pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was similar to that in the control group(11.11%vs.9.26%,P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with valsartan and enalapril in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy can effectively regulate blood lipid,reduce inflammatory factors levels and arterial blood pressure,and improve renal function.
