摘要
目的探讨三点定位法结合自制锁骨复位钳微创治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法采取三点定位法结合自制锁骨复位钳微创治疗20例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者。记录并发症发生情况、骨折愈合情况。采用Constant评分标准评价患侧肩关节功能。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。术中无血管、神经损伤及气胸等并发症发生,切口均一期愈合。骨折均愈合,时间4~6个月。术后无骨畸形愈合、内固定失败等并发症发生。末次随访时采用Constant评分标准评价患侧肩关节功能:优13例,良6例,可1例,肩关节功能优良率19/20。结论三点定位法结合自制锁骨复位钳微创治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折创伤小、并发症少,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive treatment of middle clavicle comminuted fracture with three-point positioning method combined with self-made clavicular reduction forceps.Methods Twenty patients with comminuted fractures of middle clavicle were treated by minimally invasive surgery treatment of three-point positioning method combined with self-made clavicular reduction forceps.The complications and fracture healing situation were recorded.Constant score criterion was used to evaluate the function of the affected shoulder joint.Results The patients were followed up for 6~12 months.There were no complications such as neurovascular injury and pneumothorax during the operation,the incisions got primary healing.All fractures got primary healing within 4~6 months.There were no complications such as malunion,failure of internal fixation.At the last follow-up,according to the Constant score criterion,the shoulder function of the affected side was evaluated:excellent in 13 cases,good in 6,fair in 1,and the excellent and good rate of shoulder function was 19/20.Conclusions Minimally invasive treatment of comminuted fracture of middle clavicle with three-point positioning method combined with self-made clavicular reduction forceps has the advantages of less trauma,fewer complications and satisfactory curative effect.
