摘要
使用2015—2018年江苏43家农村商业银行的面板数据,从普惠金融渗透度、业务开展情况、服务质量3个维度选取14个指标,建立机构层面的普惠金融指数,实证分析农商行普惠金融发展程度与其风险之间的关系,并检验其影响机制。结果显示:农商行持续推进金融普惠并没有增加其经营风险;随着农商行普惠金融业务的持续开展,其服务对象分散化程度和业务多元化程度得以提升,进而增加了经营稳定性;异质性分析表明,对于普惠金融发展程度更高的农商行,以及在农业保险制度更加健全、信用环境更加完善的县域地区,普惠金融发展对农商行经营稳定性的正向影响更加显著。研究结论对于促进农商行稳健经营、持续推动农村金融普惠具有重要意义。
This paper uses the panel data of 43 rural commercial banks in the county areas of Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2018,chooses 14 indexes of three dimensions which include inclusive finance permeability,business implement and service quality to establish the inclusive finance development index of institutions,empirically tests the relationship between the degree of inclusive finance and the risk of rural commercial banks,and studies the influencing mechanism.The results show that the promotion of financial inclusion rural commercial banks does not increase their operational risks,and with the continued development of financial inclusion of rural commercial banks,the decentralization degree of service objects and the diversification degree of business can be improved,thus increasing the operational stability.In addition,the heterogeneity analysis shows that,for rural commercial banks with a higher degree of financial inclusion,and counties with more sound agricultural insurance system and more perfect credit environment,the risk reduction effect will be more obvious.
