摘要
针对直升机型号研制过程中选择合适的机身气动特性CFD计算方法的需求,梳理了多种不同类型直升机机身气动特性CFD计算过程,包括网格类型选择、网格数量控制、湍流模型选取以及与试验结果对比分析等,分析了各方面的研究进展情况。结果表明采用CFD方法计算得到的机身气动特性结果具有一定的准确性和可靠性。网格类型、网格数量和湍流模型等因素对计算结果准确性的影响是相互叠加的,因此提高CFD计算结果的准确度需要综合考虑。研究结果可为改进机身气动特性CFD计算方法和选取计算方法中的相关参数等提供一定的参考。
For the need to select a suitable CFD calculation method for aerodynamic characteristics of fuselage during the development of helicopter,combing the CFD calculation process of aerodynamic characteristics of many different types of helicopter fuselage,the CFD calculation process for aerodynamic characteristics of a variety of different types of fuselages was combed,including grid type selection,grid number control,turbulence model selection,and the comparison and analysis of test results etc.,and then analyzed the research progress in various aspects.The results showed that the aerodynamic characteristics calculated by the CFD method had certain accuracy and reliability.The influence of factors such as the grid type,the number of grids,and the turbulence model on the accuracy of the calculation results were superimposed on each other.Therefore,improving the accuracy of the CFD calculation results requires comprehensive consideration.The research results can provide a certain reference for improving the CFD calculation method of the aerodynamic characteristics of the fuselage and selecting relevant parameters in the calculation method.
