摘要
直升机无轴承旋翼柔性梁或桨叶根部大梁等高强玻璃纤维复合材料厚截面层板典型结构承受三向矩等复杂面外载荷。论文基于上述典型结构的三维应力分析的工程需求,开展了数字图像相关技术辅助的复合材料单向板短梁剪切试验规范化研究。基于规范的试验方法,开展了AC318环氧/S_(6)C_(10)高强玻璃纤维复合材料厚板结构完整三维应力-应变本构关系表征,并与基于现有拉伸、压缩、面内剪切和层间剪切等标准试验方法得到的力学性能参数进行了对比分析,验证了规范的短梁剪切试验方法获得的复合材料厚板三维本构性能参数的有效性、完整性和高效性。
Research on short beam shear(SBS)test method based on digital image correlation(DIC)technology was conducted to realize the complete characterization of the three-dimensional mechanical properties of thick-section laminated glass-fiber reinforced composite for the flexbeam and blade root crossbeam of helicopter rotor system.Measurement test for AC318 epoxy/S_(6)C_(10) high-strength glass fiber composite thick plate was conducted through the constructed DIC constitutive parameter efficient identification test method,the internal constitutive relationship parameters and the interlayer constitutive relationship parameters characterized by the ASTM standard test methods including tensile and compress and in-plane shear and out-plane shear were compared and analyzed,which confirmed the authenticity and completeness and effectiveness of the material constitutive parameters obtained based on the DIC technology.
