摘要
目的观察布地奈德及支气管扩张剂对长期控制不佳老年哮喘的疗效。方法该院2018年9月-2020年8月收治的118例长期控制不佳老年哮喘患者为该次研究对象,按照是否应用支气管扩张剂治疗将患者分为对照组(59例,未采取上述治疗方案,单纯给予布地奈德治疗)与研究组(59例,布地奈德及支气管扩张剂治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗4 d后C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)等炎症因子,第一秒末用力呼气量(FEV1)、肺活量(VC)、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标以及氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))等血气分析数值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.069、52.397、14.549、32.457、48.129、43.707、12.623、17.583,P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗7 d后总有效率(98.31%)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.670,P<0.05)。结论长期控制不佳老年哮喘患者布地奈德及支气管扩张剂治疗效果显著优于单纯给予布地奈德治疗效果。
Objective To observe the efficacy of budesonide and bronchodilators on long-term poorly controlled elderly asthma.Methods The 118 long-term poorly controlled elderly asthma patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were the subjects of this study.According to whether or not to use bronchodilator treatment,the patients were divided into control group(59 cases,without the above treatment plan,only budesonide treatment)and study group(59 cases,budesonide and bronchodilator treatment).Compared the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results After 4 days of treatment for patients in the study group,C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and other inflammatory factors,forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and vital capacity at the end of the first second(VC),FEV1/FVC and other blood gas analysis values such as partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=27.069,52.397,14.549,32.457,48.129,43.707,12.623,17.583,P<0.05).The total effective rate(98.31%)of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 7 d of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.670,P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of budesonide and bronchodilator in elderly patients with poorly controlled asthma is significantly better than that of budesonide alone.
