摘要
目的分析创伤骨科患者临床治疗中采用微创技术进行治疗的效果及应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月该院创伤骨科收治的下肢骨折患者80例作为研究对象,采用不同治疗方法分组,每组40例,对照组行常规治疗,研究组行经皮微创接骨板内固定治疗,对比临床疗效。结果研究组各项临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025);研究组患者手术满意度(92.50%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034)。研究组治疗效果(97.50%)优于对照组(85.00%),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.505,P=0.113);两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.162,P=0.872),治疗后,研究组其疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.379,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后生活质量对比,研究组患者各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微创治疗对创伤骨科的患者进行手术,具有较高的临床应用价值,患者的临床指标可以得到明显改善,并且术后恢复比较快,并发症的发生率较低,安全性可以得到保障。
Objective To analyze the effect and application value of minimally invasive techniques in clinical treatment of orthopedic trauma patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to the Department of traumatology and orthopedics in the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups with different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and the study group received percutaneous minimally invasive surgery bone plate internal fixation treatment,compared the clinical efficacy.Results The clinical indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group(10.00%)was lower than that of the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025);the surgical satisfaction of the study group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P=0.034).The treatment effect of the study group(97.50%)was better than that of the control group(85.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.505,P=0.113);the pain scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.162,P=0.872).After treatment,the pain degree of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.379,P<0.05).The quality of life of the two groups of patients was compared after treatment.The scores of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive treatment for orthopedic trauma patients has high clinical application value.The clinical indicators of the patients can be significantly improved,and the postoperative recovery is faster,
