摘要
基于绿色化工技术升级的工业背景,进行了学科交叉科研实验"电场与磁场耦合作用强化油水分离性能测试"向本科实验教学拓展的探索研究。利用乳状液制备系统和分散相粒径评价系统,制备水滴分散均匀的油包水乳状液。通过改变外场处理系统设置外场类型与参数,记录被外场处理的乳状液在恒温沉降分离系统中的油水分离情况,对比电场与磁场耦合处理和单一电场处理对油水分离的促进性能。通过该探索实验,一方面引领油气储运本科生了解学科交叉在本专业应用,引导学生加强对油水分离性能测试评价方法和分离实验设备的认知,以及分离性能评价指标的掌握;另一方面,前沿科研实验的实践体验有利于拓展学生对新兴技术及设备的探索思维。
Based on the industrial background of green chemical technology upgrading, interdisciplinary research experiment "performance test of oil-water separation strengthened by electric field and magnetic field coupling" is explored and researched to expand undergraduate experimental teaching. The emulsion preparation system and the particle size evaluation system were used to prepare the emulsion with uniform dispersion. The oil-water separation of emulsion treated by external fields in the constant temperature sedimentation separation system was recorded, and the performance of single electric field and coupling effect of electric field and magnetic field to promote oil-water separation were compared. Through the exploration, on the one hand, it will lead the undergraduates of oil and gas storage and transportation to understand the application of interdisciplinary subjects in the major, guide the students to strengthen the cognition of the test and evaluation methods of oil-water separation performance and the separation experimental equipment, and master the evaluation indexes. On the other hand, the practical experience of frontier scientific research experiment is conducive to expanding students’ exploration thinking on emerging technologies and equipment.
