摘要
某电厂1000 MW燃煤机组应用了分区喷氨动态控制技术。在运行调试时发现,在切换磨煤机组时,氨逃逸加剧,分区喷氨的控制效果明显下降。现对不同磨煤机组合下脱硝反应器进口NOX浓度场进行测试,发现奇数台磨煤机组合下,脱硝进口NOX浓度呈现出"中心高两边低"的分布特点,根据浓度分布优化分区喷氨控制。
A dynamic control technology of zoned ammonia injection was applied in a 1000 MW coal-fired unit. During commissioning, it was found that when the coal mills were switched, the control of the zoned ammonia injection was significantly affected. The NOX concentration field at the inlet of the denitration reactor under different coal mill combinations was tested to optimize the zoned ammonia injection control.
