隧道环向压力变化规律研究

摘要 盾构机技术已被广泛的应用于地铁和隧道施工。盾构隧道的横截面所承受的环向应力是影响围岩稳定的重要因素,它同时影响着隧道环缝止水垫的工作性能和刚度,并进一步影响隧道后期的不均匀沉降量。最终的试验结果表明:在有波动存在时,隧道的任一断面纵向力呈现下降的趋势,这一过程结束之后的残留下来的应力的情况与隧道混凝土的徐变以及围岩的可压缩性有关联,占到挖掘时千斤顶施加的力的20.4%~44%。 Shield machine technology has been widely used in subway and tunnel construction. The circumferential stress borne by the cross section of shield tunnel is an important factor affecting the stability of surrounding rock. It also affects the working performance and stiffness of tunnel circumferential joint water stop pad, and further affects the uneven settlement in the later stage of tunnel. The final test results show that when there is fluctuation, the longitudinal force of any section of the tunnel shows a downward trend. The residual stress after this process is related to the creep of tunnel concrete and the compressibility of surrounding rock, accounting for 20.4% ~ 44% of the force exerted by the jack during excavation.
