基于IMB的微信健康教育应用于糖尿病肾病患者的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究以IMB为基础的微信健康教育应用于糖尿病肾病患者的影响。方法选择2018年2—8月期间我院收治糖尿病肾病62例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成试验组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组采用常规微信教育方法,试验组采用信息动机行为技巧(IMB)模型的微信教育。干预6个月后,比较两组患者自护能力(糖尿病自护行为量表)及治疗效果(空腹血糖FBG、糖化血红蛋白GHb、尿素氮BUN、肌酐Scr)。结果干预后,试验组糖尿病自护行为量表评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,试验组患者空腹血糖FBG、糖化血红蛋白GHb、尿素氮BUN、肌酐Scr水平较对照组均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于信息动机行为技巧(IMB)模型的微信教育对糖尿病肾病患者自我管理的效果较好,可有效提升患者自护能力、患者治疗依从性、改善患者的血糖控制及控制糖尿病肾病的发展。 Objective To study the effect of IMB-based Wechat health education on diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods 62 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to August 2018 were selected as study subjects,and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional Wechat education method,and the experimental group used the information motivation behavior skill(IMB)model of Wechat education.After 6 months of intervention,the self-care ability(diabetes self-care behavior scale)and treatment effect(fasting blood glucose FBG,glycated hemoglobin GHb,urea nitrogen BUN,creatinine Scr)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of diabetes self-care behavior scale in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose FBG,glycated hemoglobin GHb,urea nitrogen BUN,creatinine Scr in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat education based on the information motivation behavior skill(IMB)model has a better effect on self-management of diabetic nephropathy patients,which can effectively improve patients'self-care ability,treatment compliance,improve patients'blood glucose control and control the development of diabetic nephropathy.
