摘要
为了解膨化饲料在羊生产中的应用效果,将12只健康2月龄断奶湖羊根据体重相近原则随机分为2组,即对照组和试验组,每组6只,3个重复,分别饲喂非膨化饲料和经膨化处理的饲料,预试期7 d,正试期100 d。结果:与对照组相比,试验组采食量和日增重分别提高16.15%和36.24%,料重比降低19.74%,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);屠宰率、净肉率和肉骨比均有所提高(P>0.05),前肢肉骨比、后肢肉重和后肢肉骨显著提高(P<0.05);试验组羊肉色黄度显著降低(P<0.05);空肠、回肠重量均有所提高(P>0.05),回肠长度显著提高(P<0.05);试验组羊脾脏系数显著提高(P<0.05)。试验表明,膨化饲料可促进湖羊小肠发育,改善屠体性状和肉色。
This study was to understand the effect of application of expanded feed in sheep production. 12 two-month-old healthy weaned Hu lambs were obtained and randomly divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group), with 6 lambs in each group, three replicates in each group and 2 lambs in each replicate. The lambs in the control group were fed with non-expanded feed, while the lambs in the experimental group were fed with expanded feed. The preliminary test lasted for 7 days, and the formal test for 100 days. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the average daily intake and daily gain of the lambs in the experimental group were increased by 16.15% and 36.24%, respectively(P>0.05), their feed-gain ratio was reduced by 19.74%(P>0.05), but the differences were not significant. The slaughter rate, net meat rate and meat-bone ratio of the experimental lambs were somewhat increased(P>0.05). Their meat-bone ratio of the forelimbs and hind limbs, and weight of the hind limbs were significantly higher(P<0.05). The yellowness of mutton of the experimental lambs was lower than that of the control lambs(P<0.05). The length and weight of their jejunum and ileum were increased, the length of their ileum was significantly higher than that of the control lambs(P<0.05). Their spleen index was higher(P<0.05). In conclusion, expanded feed could promote the development of the small intestine, and improve the carcass character and meat color of Hu sheep.
