摘要
科学辩证思维为人们认识世界和改造世界提供了科学的思想方法。重视科学的思想方法和思维方式,是做好关工委工作的一条重要指导原则和宝贵经验。本文从关工委工作的指导思想和工作内容、队伍建设和精神状态、关工委工作的领导方法和管理机制等方面,结合笔者所在单位关工委工作实践,论述了工作中的六个重要关系,以期进一步提高关工委工作体系和工作能力的现代化水平。
The scientific way of thinking provides a certain perspective for people to understand and transform the world.Attaching importance to scientific thinking methods and ways of thinking is an important guiding principle and valuable experience for us to do a good job in the work of the working committee on caring for the next generation.This paper discusses six important relations in the work from the aspects of the guiding ideology and work content,team construction and mental state,leadership methods and management mechanism of the work of the working committee on caring for the next generation,combined with the actual work of its working units,in order to further improve the modernization level of the work system and work ability of the working committee on caring for the next generation.
