摘要
医联体效用优化模型的构建和算法设计是医联体研究中的热点。首先简要介绍了我国医联体的定义和组织模式,强调了建立医联体效用优化模型的作用。基于文献综述的方法,阐述了国内外关于医联体效用研究的情况及其研究中的不足。接着通过对现实中较常用的基于整数规划、排队论及合作博弈论等数学算法的医联体效用优化模型进行分析和比较,指出了它们在应用目的、应用环境和条件上的差异性,分析了它们各自的优缺点。旨在借鉴相关管理理论,为医联体效用研究模型的建立和求解方法提供科学依据。
The construction and algorithm design of the medical complex utility optimization model are the hot spots in the study of medical associations.First of all,this paper briefly introduced the definition and organization of medical associations in China,emphasizedthe role of establishing the optimization model of their utilities.Then based on the method of literature review,the situation of the study at home and abroad and the shortcomings in their researches were expounded.Through analyzing and comparing three commonly used utility optimization models in reality—the model based on mathematical algorithms such as integer planning,queuing theory and cooperative game theory,it pointed out the differences in the purpose,environment and conditions of application,analyzed their respective advantages and shortcomings.The aim was to draw on the relevant management theory and provided a scientific basis for the establishment and solution of the medical association utility research model.
