疑似瑞芬太尼致痛觉过敏一例 被引量:1

Remifentanil induced hyperalgesia:a case report

摘要 本文报告了1例临床药师协助医师完成疑似瑞芬太尼致痛觉过敏患者的临床治疗过程。分析了该患者发生该药品不良反应的关联性,瑞芬太尼致痛觉过敏(OIH)的可能危险因素,以及基于作用机制相关研究的药物预防措施、非药物预防措施等,为临床OIH的诊治提供参考。
