摘要
目的探讨阿法骨化醇联合降钙素治疗骨质疏松症患者的有效性。方法选取2017年3月至2019年2月于绵阳市中心医院收治的骨质疏松症患者160例作为研究对象,应用信封法将患者分为对照组与观察组各80例。对照组使用阿法骨化醇进行治疗,观察组阿法骨化醇联合降钙素进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、腰椎L2~4与股骨颈骨密度、骨保护蛋白(OPG)与重组人骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)水平、生存质量、Ⅰ型前胶原N端前肽(PⅠNP)与Ⅰ型胶原交联N-末端肽(NTX)水平。结果观察组患者临床疗效的有效率为95.0%,高于对照组有效率86.3%(P<0.05);观察组患者腰椎L2~4骨密度及股骨颈骨密度均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者的OPG、BMP-2水平分别为(268.3±34.6)ng/L、(81.7±6.9)ng/L,高于对照组的(225.7±31.2)ng/L及(72.5±6.6)ng/L(P<0.05);观察组患者生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PⅠNP水平高于对照组,NTX水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用阿法骨化醇与降钙素联合方案治疗骨质疏松症,临床疗效显著,可有效提升患者骨密度水平,同时可提升PⅠNP、OPG与BMP-2水平,降低NTX骨代谢水平,提升患者生活质量。
Objective This study was designed to investigate the efficacy of Alfacalcidol combined with Calcitonin in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods 160 patients with osteoporosis in Mianyang Central Hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group by envelope method.The patients in the control group were treated with Alfacalcidol,and the patients in the observation group was treated with Alfacal⁃cidol combined with Calcitonin.The clinical efficacy,bone mineral density of lumbar L2-4 and femoral neck,OPG and BMP-2 levels,quality of life and the levels of PⅠNP and NTX were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(86.3%,P<0.05).Bone min⁃eral density of lumbar L2-4 and femoral neck of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).OPG of the patients in the observation group was(268.3±34.6)ng/L and BMP-2 was(81.7±6.9)ng/L,which were higher than those of the control group(225.7±31.2)ng/L and(72.5±6.6)ng/L(P<0.05).Quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of PⅠNP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of NTX was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The com⁃bined regimen of Alfacalcidol and Calcitonin in the treatment of osteoporosis has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the level of bone mineral density of patients,improve the levels of PⅠNP,OPG and BMP-2,reduce the level of bone metabolism of NTX,and improve the quality of life of patients.
