摘要
目的系统评价针刺治疗眼睑痉挛的临床疗效。方法检索建库至2020年5月10日中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library数据库,收集所有针刺治疗眼睑痉挛的随机对照试验研究文献,依据Cochrane5.1研究手册对文献进行质量评价,采用RevMan5.3软件对结局指标进行分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,合计707例样本量。Meta分析结果:单纯针刺或联合其他疗法治疗眼睑痉挛在提高总有效率(OR=6.77,95%CI[4.29,10.69],Z=8.21,P=0.000),提高临床治愈率(OR=3.32,95%CI[2.23,4.93],Z=5.93,P=0.000),降低复发率(OR=0.29,95%CI[0.12,0.72],Z=2.69,P=0.007)方面优于常规西医治疗,差异均有统计学意义。结论局部针刺或配合其他疗法治疗眼睑痉挛的疗效优于常规西医治疗。但由于缺乏大样本、高质量文献,其可靠性偏低,因此眼周针刺对眼睑痉挛的有效性仍需进一步研究论证。
OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture on blepharospasm.METHODS All studies were searched from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,Chinese biomedical literature service system,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library database from the beginning to May 10th 2020.The literature involving clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of acupuncture in the treatment of blepharospasm were collected.The quality of the literature was strictly evaluated according to the Cochrane 5.1 research manual,and the total efficiency of outcome index were analyzed by the software RevMan 5.3.RESULTS A total of ten articles were included,with a total of 707 samples.Meta-analysis results showed that,superior to conventional Western Medicine therapy,acupuncture and its combination with other methods in the treatment of blepharospasm could improve the total effective rate(OR=6.77,95%CI[4.29,10.69],Z=8.21,P=0.000),and clinical cure rate(OR=3.32,95%CI[2.23,4.93],Z=5.93,P=0.000),meanwhile reduce the recurrence rate(OR=0.29,95%CI[0.12,0.72],Z=2.69,P=0.007).The differences were statistically significant.CONCLUSIONS The treatment of blepharospasm with local acupuncture or its combination with other methods are better than Western Medicine alone.However,absence of large samples and high-quality literature lead to the low reliability of these results.Therefore,the effectiveness of peripheral acupuncture on blepharospasm still need to be verified.
