摘要
目的探究肾结石合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理干预效果及预后效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年1月该院收治的86例肾结石合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同进行分组。常规组(n=43)进行常规护理干预,研究组(n=43)围术期护理干预,对两组护理后血糖控制、生活质量、并发症发生率以及护理满意度进行比较。结果研究组空腹血糖(6.24±0.53)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.06±1.02)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.49±1.05)%均低于常规组的(9.24±0.73)mmol/L、(12.33±1.06)mmol/L、(8.63±1.07)%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组生活质量评分为(90.33±5.06)分高于常规组的(81.24±5.73)分,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(2.33%)低于常规组(13.95%),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于常规组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该院围术期护理干预对肾结石合并糖尿病患者进行护理干预,可以改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,降低并发症的发生,同时保持血糖值稳定。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention and prognosis of patients with kidney stones and diabetes.Methods From June 2018 to January 2020,86 patients with kidney stones and diabetes were selected as the research subjects.They were grouped according to different nursing methods;the routine group(n=43)received routine nursing intervention.The study group(n=43)perioperative nursing intervention,compared the blood glucose control,quality of life,complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups after nursing.Results The fasting blood glucose of the study group(6.24±0.53)mmol/L,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(8.06±1.02)mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin(6.49±1.05)%were all lower than in the routine group(9.24±0.73)mmol/L,(12.33±1.06)mmol/L,(8.63±1.07)%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group after nursing was(90.33±5.06)points higher than that of the routine group(81.24±5.73)points,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(2.33%)was lower than that in the routine group(13.95%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in the hospital for patients with kidney stones and diabetes can improve the quality of life of patients,increase nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of complications,and maintain a stable blood glucose level.
