摘要
脚踝关节扭伤是所有篮球运动损伤中出现比例极高的损伤类型。发生踝关节损伤的诱因是多方面的,比如准备活动不充分、动作技术不规范、身体素质不佳等。该文通过分析踝关节损伤的诱因,进而提出篮球训练中踝关节损伤的预防措施,并给予一定的康复训练建议。希望通过该研究,可以给踝关节损伤预防及康复训练提供一定的理论参考,希望能够帮助更多的受伤人群尽快恢复运动能力。
Ankle sprain is one of the most common injuries in basketball.The inducement of ankle joint injury is various,such as insufficient warming-up,nonstandard movement technique,poor physical quality and so on.Through analyzing the inducement of ankle joint injury,this paper puts forward the preventive measures of ankle joint injury in basketball training,and gives some rehabilitation training suggestions.It is hoped that this study can provide a theoretical reference for ankle injury prevention and rehabilitation training,and help more injured people to recover their motor skills as soon as possible.
