摘要
二氧化碳爆破技术作为一种新型爆破技术,相比工业炸药和雷管,在生产工艺和使用安全上有着明显的区别。同时作为核心部件的二氧化碳致裂器用激发管,其主要功能是为液态二氧化碳提供气化所需要的热量。但是目前国内二氧化碳致裂器用激发管发展质量参差不齐,大部分激发管所使用的药剂都是采用高敏感度的烟火药剂,有较大的危险因素。本文通过对比不同厂家激发管的安全性能及二氧化碳致裂器用激发管的现场使用情况,从而进一步研究二氧化碳致裂器用激发管的发展方向。
As a new type of blasting technology,carbon dioxide blasting technology is obviously different from industrial explosives and detonators in production technology and use safety.At the same time,as the core component,the excitation tube for carbon dioxide cracker is mainly used to provide the heat required for gasification of liquid carbon dioxide.However,at present,the development and quality of excitation tubes for carbon dioxide crackers in China are uneven.Most of the agents used for excitationltubes are pyrotechnic agents with high sensitivity,which has great risk factors.This paper compares the safety performance of excitation tubes from different manufacturers and the field application of excitation tubes for carbon dioxide cracker,so as to further study the development direction of excitation tubes for carbon dioxide cracker.
