摘要
新制度主义认为,现代组织的发展越来越依赖制度环境的支持。在高等教育场域中,马克思主义学院既承担着一般专业院系教学、科研、社会服务的使命,也承担着立德树人、宣扬主流意识形态的重要使命。以我国“双一流”建设高校中马克思主义学院为例,制度环境的作用主要体现为:名称从多样到统一、内部机构设置从功能单一到多元、师资队伍结构从失衡到合理、马克思主义理论学科设置从散乱到凝练。这些推动了马克思主义学院的从附属走向独立、从独立发展为规范、从规范到高水平有影响力的马克思主义学院。
New institutionalism advocates that modern organizations depend more on institutional environment.School of Marxism in universities have to undertake the responsibility of teaching,researching as other academic faculties and also needs to give publicity to mainstream ideology,cultivate students’morality and lead the campus culture.According to relative policy,the findings is that institutional environment plays significant role in the faculty,which marks from affiliation to dependence,influence and standard.The standard would be listed as below.Firstly,the name of the faculty ranges from variety to uniform.Secondly,the discipline ranges from messy to order.Thirdly,the functions of inner institutional settings range from the sole to pluralistic.Lastly,the teacher structure ranges from quantity to rationality.
