摘要
目的:探究变应性鼻炎采用脐针结合鼻炎油干预的临床效果以及对血清免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)、白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)水平的影响。方法:将深圳市宝安中医院(集团)治未病中心及深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院红星社区健康服务中心于2018年1月-2019年12月接受治疗的86例变应性鼻炎患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,其中观察组43例采用脐针干预治疗,对照组43例采用常规西药治疗,再对比两组具体疗效以及治疗前后症状评分、血清IgE水平。结果:治疗后两组各症状评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组鼻塞评分、鼻痒评分、流涕评分、喷嚏评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组血清IgE均显著低于治疗前且观察组血清IgE、IL-4、IL-8水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:采用脐针结合鼻炎油干预变应性鼻炎能够有效改善患者临床症状,效果肯定,值得临床推广采用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of umbilical acupuncture plus rhinitis oil on allergic rhinitis and its influences on serum IgE, IL-4 and IL-8 levels. Methods: 86 cases in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method. 43 cases in the observation group were treated by umbilical acupuncture, and 43 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine. Results: After treatment, the symptom scores in the groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the nasal congestion score, nasal itching score, snot score, and sneeze score in the observation group were all significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The serum IgE after treatment in the groups was significantly lower than before treatment, and the serum IgE, IL-4, and IL-8 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Umbilical acupuncture plus rhinitis oil on allergic rhinitis can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients, with positive results, and is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
