摘要
本文在借鉴相关CCER方法学的基础上,构建了碳普惠机制下纯电动公交车替代传统燃油公交车减碳量核算方法,并以沧州市为例,在对项目减碳量进行试算的同时对核算方法进行试评价分析。结果显示,本文建立的纯电动公交车替代传统燃油公交车减碳量核算方法参数设计合理、易得、计算简便、适用性强。
Based on the basis of relevant CCER methods, this paper constructs the accounting method of replacing traditional fuel buses under the carbon inclusive mechanism, and takes Cangzhou as an example, while evaluates the carbon reduction of the project. The results show that the pure electric bus replacing traditional fuel bus is reasonable, easy and strong applicability.
