中等应变率下玻璃纤维-环氧树脂复合材料层合板强度预报 被引量:3

Strength prediction of glass-epoxy composite laminates under intermediate strain rate

摘要 采用真空辅助成型工艺制备多种铺层角度的玻璃纤维-环氧树脂层合板试样,通过专用试验设备开展恒定应变率下面内拉伸、剪切性能的测试。建立中等应变率条件下单向层合板的拉伸和剪切强度数学模型,并通过最小二乘法开展基于实测数据的模型参数识别。以经典层合板理论和蔡-希尔强度准则为基础,推导并编制了MATLAB仿真计算程序,实现了玻璃纤维-环氧树脂层合板在轴向中等应变率下的拉伸强度预报,并通过试验验证了预报方法。结果表明预报值与试验结果吻合较好。该方法可以预报中等应变率条件下玻璃纤维-环氧树脂复合材料层合板的拉伸强度,预报精度满足工程应用的需求,可用于中等应变率下复合材料层合板铺层角度优化设计。 Glass-epoxy composite specimens with various lamination angles were made by vacuum assisted molding process.Tensile and shear properties under a constant strain rate were tested by special equipment.With the model parameters identified by least square method,a tensile and shear strength mathematical model of unidirectional glass fiber composite laminates under intermediate strain rate was established.The tensile strength of the glass-epoxy composite laminate under axial intermediate strain rate was predicted by MATLAB program based on classical laminate theory and Tsai-Hill strength criterion.The prediction method was verified by experiments.Results show the predicted value and experimental value agree well.The proposed method can predict tensile strength of glass-epoxy composite laminates under intermediate strain rate,and the prediction accuracy can meet engineering application needs.The proposed method can be used to optimize the design of composite laminate angles under intermediate strain rate.
