摘要
为解决产出剖面井温曲线拐点不明显的问题,选取0.010、0.015、0.020、0.025、0.030℃/Hz 5种不同温度常数进行水浴加温实验,通过比较实验所得数据的示值误差、灵敏度、稳定性误差和实验标准偏差,优化选择最佳井温常数。实验结果显示,温度常数为0.020℃/Hz时,示值误差不超差,灵敏度较好,稳定性最好,误差最集中。结合模拟和实际测井温度曲线拐点变化,最终确定温度常数0.020℃/Hz为产出剖面遥测井温压力磁定位仪最佳温度常数。
In order to solve the problem that the inflection point of well temperature curve of production profile is not obvious,five different temperature constants of 0.010℃/Hz,0.015℃/Hz,0.020℃/Hz,0.025℃/Hz and 0.030℃/Hz are selected for water bath heating experiment,and the best well temperature constant is selected by comparing the indication error,sensitivity,stability error and experimental standard deviation.The experimental results show that when the temperature constant is 0.020℃/Hz,the indication error is not out of tolerance,the sensitivity is good,the stability is the best,and the error is the most concentrated.Combined with the inflection point change of simulated and actual logging temperature curve,the temperature constant of 0.020℃/Hz is finally selected as the optimal temperature constant of logging instrument by telemetry transmission with temperature pressure and CCL for production profile.
