摘要 为明确外源喷洒海藻糖对黄瓜幼苗抗冻性能的影响,研究通过对黄瓜幼苗外源喷洒一种海藻糖产品海爱佳,然后放入4℃保鲜柜进行冷冻处理,5 d后测定黄瓜幼苗叶片中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)三种保护性酶的活性,并在第7天评估叶片的冻害级别,从而分析海藻糖对黄瓜抗冻性的影响及内在调控机理。结果表明,在研究实验条件下海爱佳可以提高黄瓜幼苗叶片的POD和CAT酶的活性,从而增强其抗冻性能。 To make clear the effect of trehalose on the cold resistance of cucumber plants,4-week-old seedlings were exogenously sprayed with a trehalose product Haiaijia and subsequently incubated at 4℃in refrigerator for 7 days.The activities of three enzymes,including catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and Peroxidase(POD)in the leaves,were determined after 5 days.And then,all leaves were collected and scored for cold resistance on 7th day after incubation.The results showed Haiaijia increased the activities of CAT and POD under this experimental conditions,thereby enhancing the cold resistance of cucumber seedlings.
